Right-hand turn

A Power that eludes

Tarzan had asked himself, had the chief lost the plot?  Body-slave?  After he has been sacrificed?  How did that one work out?
In case Readers think that rendsz’ world has also lost the plot  …….

The story takes a right-hand turn  ..  90° degrees.  Another hero, another time.
Omekono’s story.  His weeks in the hands of the Untula.
The relevance to the main Tarzan story should quickly become obvious.

What have we heard about Omekono?

Chief:  “That Runaway fled.  Bringing upon us ruin.  He escaped.  And the wrath of Mzanka rained down devastation.”

Tarzan remembered that “radiant vitality”.
The stunning physique.
A mighty warrior.  Famously fearless, knew no fears.
Resilience and manliness oozed out of every pore.

The Untula had tortured him out of his mind.
A muscular shell was all the bastards had left behind.
